EP 21 Self-compassion
How do you react when a friend or a loved one is having a hard day or makes a mistake? You probably offer comfort, understanding, or some form of support. How do you talk to yourself when you are the one who made a mistake or is having a hard day? Consider some self-compassion. Give yourself some grace, love, understanding, and support. In today's episode I talk about why that's important and offer up some techniques to try.
